What is climate control and do I need it?


Climate control means that the unit is protected by a system that maintains a constant temperature throughout the year. All of our units feature this amenity and are indoors, providing even further protection from the hot, humid summers here in Florida. We recommend using climate control for anything you wouldn’t normally store in an outdoor garage or shed. Our team can tell you if it’s right for your project after just a few minutes of chatting about what you plan to store! Common items include documents, furniture, antiques, and electronics.


Can you help me move into my unit?


While our team doesn’t assist in the move-in process, we do provide many convenient features that make the day easy and quick. Use our dollies and handcarts to help move those bulky items and pull right up to our 4,500 square foot loading bay to unload your vehicle right into our building.


Where can I purchase moving and packing supplies?


Right here in our office! Our leasing office, which is located on the property, supplies boxes of various sizes, tape, locks, and everything else you might need to complete your move. Each item is competitively priced and we’re happy to assist you in getting the supplies you need for your project.


Will you accept packages delivered to your facility on my behalf?


We sure will! If your company stores its inventory or supplies here in our units, you can opt in to send your packages directly to our property. Our office will accept them and have them ready for pick up when you next come in.


What security measures does Southpoint Self Storage take?


Our facility is prepared to offer you the best security around. Our halls are all LED lit and monitored by 24-hour video recording with motion detection, so we’ll always have a record of any activity around your unit. Our interior spaces are protected by keypad entry and each tenant has a unique code that is monitored and records time and duration of each visit. In fact, if you have multiple people who are allowed to enter your unit, you can give them each a unique gate code, providing even further security. Plus, a security guard that monitors all of the Southpoint Business Park drives through our property overnight. Our facility is gated, and our vehicle storage area is double gated, making Southpoint Self Storage as safe as it gets.


How can I pay my bill?


We accept just about every form of payment, including money order, checks, cash, and all major credit and debit cards. Additionally, we have a convenient online bill pay program, so you can pay your bill from anywhere with an internet connection. Just sign up and pay your bill without having to come down to the facility.


Where are you located?


Our office is located at 6611 Southpoint Parkway in Jacksonville, Florida 32216. We’re close to the intersection of Interstate 95 and Florida 202, so we’re easy to find from just about anywhere in the south Jacksonville area. Look for our property in the Southpoint Business Park, just past the FedEx Ship Center and across the street from Mark One Financial. What are your office hours?


We’re here to serve you six days a week. Come by Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. or on Saturday by appointment. Call or stop by anytime to get our top notch service.


What are your access hours?

Do you offer any discounts?


Yep! If you’re an active member of the military, take advantage of 10% off each month’s rent. Also, we offer a prepay discount for tenants who pay for 6 months or 12 months in advance, providing 5% and 10% off monthly rental fees, respectively.


Do I have to sign a lease for any specific length of time?


All of our leases are month-to-month, so you never have to pay for more time than you need. This works perfectly for students, homeowners staging their homes or resale, and small business owners transporting their inventories. Call our office today for more details.
